St. Ignatius Chapel | Square Foot Analysis

The master planning team is currently reviewing space allocations within St. Ignatius Chapel, looking at both current and future needs.  The current needs are called “right sizing”, and it poses the question of what the church needs today for current parish attendance and ministries.  The 10-year projection looks at a 2.5% and 5% growth projection.  Note that the 5% growth percentage is the average growth seen over the past few years and in the early 2000s.

RIGHT SIZING | 60
Note this is the minimum for current attendance at the service.

10 YEAR | 5% GROWTH
Note this percentage is based on a conservative, yet relative growth amount, which was discussed with the Master Planning Committee. 2.5% growth was deemed too low, and 8% (as current numbers show has occurred) was too aggressive and not accounting for poor years.
